How to set up an email account?

Step 1:
On your Windows computer, click--Start--Mail.


Step 2:
Press the Window and C keys together to open the charms.


Step 3:
Head to--Settings--Accounts--Add Account--Other Account.


Step 4:
Pick the kind of account required: POP3 or IMAP.


Step 5:
IMAP is chosen for use across multiple devices.


Step 6:
Enter the email address and the password.


Step 7:
On the server, set mail.yourdomain.com as the Incoming Mail Server.


Step 8:
Use the port 993 for IMAP and 995 for POP3.


Step 9:
Select Yes on the other fields and proceed to use the mail application.

How to delete an email account ?

Deleting the email account is a simple task, however, you will not be able to use the email account to send or receive any data nor can the deleted account be used for other signed up services like apps, music, or games.

Delete email account in Gmail:

• Step 1:You should understand that deleting the Gmail account will not remove the whole Google account permanently unless you want to.
• Step 2:Firstly, log in to your Gmail account using the Gmail address and password.
• Step 3:Click on the gear icon on the right end of the window.
• Step 4:Then select Settings from the menu.
• Step 5:Next, click the Accounts and Import tab.
• Step 6:Choose Other Google Account Settings.
• Step 7:In the Account preferences pane, select Delete your account or services.
• Step 8:Now, click on Delete products. (To permanently delete your Gmail account click Delete Google Account and data)
• Step 9:After this, you will be asked to enter your password.
• Step 10:Then, it will show services to retrieve the data by downloading the data before deleting the account. If you don’t want to download, click on the Trash Can icon.
• Step 11:On the next page, if you want to delete the account permanently, then check the box.
• Step 12:You have to enter the new email address and password to continue using the Google service products.
• Step 13:Click on Remove Gmail to delete your Gmail account.
• Step 14:Finally, verify your new email address to proceed.

How To Setup Email Account On iPad Mini

• Step 1:
  Tap Settings on the iPad mini home screen. When the Settings screen opens, tap the 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars' button. 
• Step 2:
  Select the Add Account option. Choose an email service provider such as AOL.
• Step 3:
  Enter the AOL Mail login credentials such as login username and password. Check the AOL login information which you have entered. If there are no errors, tap Next.
• Step 4:
  Choose IMAP or POP as the server. It is recommended to use IMAP.
• Step 5:
  Once you tap IMAP, you will be prompted to enter the incoming mail & outgoing mail server information.
• Step 6:
  Key in the incoming & outgoing mail server data. Type 'imap.aol.com' as the incoming server hostname. Enter 'smtp.aol.com' as the outgoing mail server hostname. Tap Next.
• Step 7:
  The AOL account information that you entered is verified. If the data is correct, the AOL account setup will be complete. You can send/receive AOL emails on the iPad Pro.
