How to set up an email account?

Follow the steps below on how to set up an email account in a simple way





Step 1:
On your Windows computer, click--Start--Mail.


Step 2:
Press the Window and C keys together to open the charms.


Step 3:
Head to--Settings--Accounts--Add Account--Other Account.


Step 4:
Pick the kind of account required: POP3 or IMAP.


Step 5:
IMAP is chosen for use across multiple devices.


Step 6:
Enter the email address and the password.


Step 7:
On the server, set mail.yourdomain.com as the Incoming Mail Server.


Step 8:
Use the port 993 for IMAP and 995 for POP3.


Step 9:
Select Yes on the other fields and proceed to use the mail application.
