  Step 1:

• Go to Start--All Programs--Windows Mail. Tools.
• Step 2:
  Access Account--Add.
• Step 3:
  Select Email Account--Next.
• Step 4:
  Input your name in the Display name field and hit Next.
• Step 5:
  Input the email address and click Next.
• Step 6:
  Type smtp.comcast.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server Name: smtp.comcast.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server Port Number: 587 (SMTP)
  • If Needed: 465 (SMTPS)
  • Encryption: TLS 
  • Authentication: Type in your Comcast username and password
  Your Comcast SMTP settings are Configured successfully
