To access your email from the Outlook 365 mail server, you have to configure your email account on Outlook by performing the quick instructions given below.
Open Outlook 2016
- Step 1:On your Windows computer, type Outlook 2016 in the search column, and select it from the search result.
- Step 2:When you see the main window of the Outlook 2016 application on the screen, search for the File tab and click it.
- Step 3:You can see the Account Information window.
Manual Configuration
- Step 1:After selecting the Info tab on the left side, click the Add Account icon on the main panel. This will open the Welcome To Outlook window.
- Step 2:Type your email address and then click the down arrow key next to Advanced Options.
- Step 3:Select the checkbox next to the Let me set up my account manually option.
- Step 4:Click the Connect button to proceed.
