How to permanently delete outlook emails from Server?

Step 1:
Launch the Outlook application on your system.

Sign in to your outlook account using the correct credentials.

Find the email you want to delete and select it.


Step 4:

Step 6:

Step 7:

• Step 8:
  Also, mark the checkbox next to the remove from server after option. Choose the number of days from the drop-down menu.
• Step 9:
  The default number of days is 14, you can change it as required.
• Step 10:
  After setting the preferences, click ok-next-finish-lose.
• Step 11:
  Now, the messages you receive will be deleted from the server automatically after the set period.
