IMAP is a standard email protocol. Here we are going to explain how to enable IMAP in Gmail in an easy way. Follow the steps below to enable IMAP.

Step 1:

First, log in to your Gmail account.

Next, navigate to your Gmail settings. Choose the Forwarding and POP/IMAP option.

Step 3:

In the IMAP Access section, select the radio button next to the Enable IMAP option.

Step 4:

Also, select the radio button next to the Do not limit the number of messages in an IMAP folder (default) option.
