Unable To Delete Email On iPhone

Step 1:

On your IPhone main page, tap the Settings icon and select Mail or Accounts and Passwords.

Step 2:

Choose your email account from the displayed list.

Step 3:

Tap the Account button and scroll down the page.

Step 4:

Select the Advanced tab available at the bottom of the screen to set up the Mailbox Behaviors.

Step 5:

Under Mailbox Behaviors, select the Draft Mailbox option to open a new window.

Step 6:

In the “On the Server” section, tap the Drafts folder. Ensure that the checkbox near the Drafts folder is selected.
