- Step 1:Check if IMAP access is enabled in your Zoho mail interface.
- Step 2:If not, go to the Settings menu after logging in to the Zoho mail account.
- Step 3:Select the Mail accounts option, followed by the IMAP Access option.
- Step 4:Click the Checkbox present near the IMAP Access option to enable it.
- Step 5:Launch the Mac Mail on your system and navigate to the Accounts menu.
- Step 6:Make use of the + button to add a new account to the system.
- Step 7:Select the Other Mail Account option in the proceeding step.
- Step 8:Enter the details required to add the account such as name, username, password, and other information on the next screen.
- Step 9:Next, you have to set the account type as IMAP and the incoming server should be assigned to imap.zozo.in for personal users and imappro.zoho.in for organization users.
- Step 10:Now, you have to set the outgoing mail server to smtp.zoho.in.
- Step 11:Tap the Sign In button . after the verification process, your mail will be synced to the Mac system.
